Cheer Motions....what's that again?
Cheerleading just isn't cheerleading without MOTIONS. Not only do they make cheers, chants, and dances more appealing, but they are the metaphorical jelly to cheers peanut butter. They go hand in hand. Your motions should be sharp and crisp. Unlike dancing, where motions should be fluid and have a seamless transition, in cheer your motions should be, strong, sharp, and quick. You don't want limp arm motions. Not sure what the basic motions are, please check out these videos. When you have gone through these, please give the motions drill a try. Feel free to practice the motions drill everyday to get stronger, sharper, and quicker with your motions.
